This course is designed to educate students on the fundamentals of environmental law and policy, with emphasis on key environmental statutes in the United States and on climate change policy both domestically and internationally. Using active and collaborative learning as well as a variety of texts and media, the class will explore global environmental challenges and the dynamics of the national and international policy and legal systems to address those issues.
