Successful leadership in today’s rapidly changing world requires the ability to work collaboratively with others to create positive changes. Today’s successful leaders know how to create inclusive group processes that maximize each person’s ability to contribute. They value multiple perspectives and work with others to create and implement a shared vision. This course is an opportunity to strengthen your understanding of the group dynamics in collaborative efforts, through the integration of scholarship and the direct experience of a community-based group project. This course earns 2 credits of Experiential Learning.
