Section Information for Summer 2015
This fifteen-day course will explore how the exceptional diversity of the Amazon River Basin effects the way human communities interact with their environment. In this course, beekeeping, ecotourism and community driven development will be covered. Other topics include the effects of globalization on the landscape and peoples of the Amazon.
