New Century College offers three undergraduate majors, seven minors and Cornerstones, an innovative program for first-year students. As part of an Integrative Studies major, students select a concentration or work with NCC’s student services staff to develop their own concentration, uniquely suited to their academic and career goals.
New Century College participates in three bachelor’s/accelerated advanced degree programs. In partnership with the College of Education and Human Development, NCC offers two accelerated master’s programs, allowing qualified students the opportunity to earn their bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Education within an accelerated time frame. NCC also participates in the 3+3 program with George Mason University’s School of Law. This program provides qualified, highly motivated students the opportunity to complete both their undergraduate degree and law degree at an accelerated pace.
New Century College participates in the Mason Center for Conservation Studies (MCCS). The center, in collaboration with the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute, offers the Smithsonian-Mason Semester for undergraduates and a number of graduate and professional training courses.
