Twila Johnson
Twila Johnson, B.A., M.A., Psychology and Behavioral Science, University of Kansas. Behavior management business consultant for major clients including Fireman's Fund and Westinghouse for three years before joining Goodyear Aerospace as a Human Factors Engineer. I developed skill and knowledge requirements, training and computer user interfaces for ground based synthetic aperture radar airborne systems. I moved to Science Applications International Corporation, and performed human and systems engineering for electro-optical and synthetic aperture radar applications for Indications and Warning and National Intelligence Estimates applications. I completed service at SAIC as Division Manager and Vice President for Systems Engineering, where I spent the last ten years working on technology development and managing a team of scientists, analysts and engineers. I have taught Work Skills for Professionals at GMU since 2002.
