Technology Internships
The New Century College commitment to the preparation of graduates
for the demands of active, responsible citizenship extends to technology
literacy. Many students fulfill their 12-credit experiential learning
requirement by enhancing their information technology skills through
commercial, governmental, educational and community internships.
George Mason's unique Northern Virginia location (next to the Dulles
high-tech corridor) lets NCC students compete for some of the most challenging
electronic economy internships in the country. Students subsequently
learn through hands-on conceptual and technical work in information
technology firms, government agencies and in non-profit organizations.
